Why order a Honey through a local retailer?

There are lots of great reasons to get your Honey at your local retailer: you know them; they do a great job of service and support for you; you're supporting the local community; they might even have the Honey you want in stock—that you can take home this week; and a long list of other great reasons. So, on the very slim chance that Honey works with your best and favorite local retailer, please support them by getting your Honey through them.

Just print the appropriate Honey model webpage and bring it with your authorized Honey retailer. They'll take it from there; it's that simple. If you're really lucky, your retailer might even have that Honey in stock. If not, they can order it from us and we'll ship your Honey—fast; usually within 3-weeks.

No Honey retailer in your area?

What a surprise. Given this dilemma, we recommend one of two paths.

Path One: Ask your favorite local bike retailer if they can order you a Honey.

If there is a local retailer with which you love to work, and you think they would be perfect fit with Honey, let us know. We'd be happy to work with you and your favorite retailer to build your Honey—and a local Honey community. Unfortunately this may not be as easy as it sounds—for at least two reasons:

  1. The retailer may not want to source "yet another brand"—your retailer probably already has too many brands. This leads to:
  2. The retailer is likely to prefer selling you something other than a Honey—particularly if they have other bikes in the store.
